Anyone interested in Autodesk 360 Nexus PLM solution from Autodesk should read this post from Rob Cohee. This is a great outline of why Autodesk’s cloud based PLM solution is the clear choice for those with a small budget requiring big results. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen convoluted PLM attempts fail due to complexity, cost or lack of time and resources required to implement. Autodesk 360 Nexus is a hit the ground running approach to PLM. If you’re already using Autodesk Vault to manage your design files, this is an easy evolution of your business automation. Put those shareware solutions, quirky spreadsheets that only Pam from accounting knows how to use, and overstuffed file cabinets out to pasture and get serious about success.
